Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Francora is an online learning platform that helps you prepare for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada French examinations. We provide lessons, practice exercises, model answers, a level-check assessment, and related study tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals (monthly or annual), and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute our paid content, including model answers, practice exams, and lesson material.
• Share your account or login credentials with others, or use a single account for a group.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or security measures.
• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

5. Intellectual property

All lessons, sample essays, model spoken responses, exercises, branding, and other materials on the Service are original work owned by Francora or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own exam preparation. This licence ends when your account or subscription ends.

6. Exam and immigration disclaimer

Francora is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by France Éducation international, the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris Île-de-France, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any official examination body. "TCF" and "TEF" are trademarks of their respective owners.

We do not guarantee any particular exam score, CLB level, or immigration outcome. Our practice materials are for study only and are not official past papers. We do not provide legal or immigration advice; always confirm current requirements and point calculations with IRCC or a licensed representative.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Francora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
