You get an ad/notice. Act like a real interested customer on the phone and ask ~10+ varied questions to learn everything: price, schedule, place, conditions, registration, extras.

⏺️ The whole test is audio-recorded for double evaluation. There is essentially no prep time — we train for spontaneous performance. Official: « systématiquement enregistrée pour permettre une double évaluation ».

⭐ Where marks are won: follow-ups. Rule in class — never ask a flat list; one question becomes three. Register stays vous throughout.
Common mistakes → fix: only 5 flat questions → follow up on every answer; using tu → it's a stranger, vous; reading the ad aloud → ask about what's NOT written; silence → use a filler, never go quiet.
